How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and high-season events (November – April), we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on artist availability.
Can I choose my own music style?
Yes. All our artists are briefed on your specific musical preferences. For DJs, we provide a music profiling form to ensure the set matches your event's vibe perfectly.
What is included in the booking fee?
The fee typically covers the artist’s performance time, professional preparation, and basic performance equipment. Sound and lighting production can be added as a separate package through Project Promotions.
Do you provide entertainment outside of Phuket?
While we are based in Phuket, our network extends across Thailand including Phang Nga, Krabi, Koh Samui, and Bangkok for larger corporate events and weddings.
What happens if an artist is unable to perform?
One of the key benefits of booking through an agency is our contingency planning. In the rare event of illness, we leverage our extensive network to provide a suitable replacement within the same talent tier.
